SAN FRANCISCO - OCTOBER 20, 2008 - Today Ubisoft announced that Tom Clancy’s EndWar™ will be released for the Nintendo DS™ system and the PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) system. Developed by Funatics Software and optimized for the handheld platforms, Tom Clancy’s EndWar is rated T for “teen” and will ship to retailers on November 4, 2008.

Tom Clancy’s EndWar for handhelds allows players to command an elite military force on the ground, in the air and on the seas during World War III. Take control of the elite U.S. Joint Strike Force, European Enforcers Corps or Russian Spetsnaz Guards Brigade and lead your faction to victory in three separate yet interwoven single-player campaigns. Each campaign includes over 30 battle scenarios taking place on real-world battlefields including Paris and London, and features increasingly challenging missions and objectives. Fight against a friend in tense two-player battles in any of the 100 ready-to-play scenarios or in your own custom-created missions.

SAN FRANCISCO – September 23, 2008 – Today Ubisoft announced that Tenchu™ 4, the newest addition to the Tenchu™ franchise exclusively for the Wii™ system, will launch in North America and Europe in early 2009. The development team behind the original Tenchu, Acquire, brings a fresh new look, feel and motion to the Tenchu franchise.

Tenchu 4 will use the Wii Remote™ to fight, dash, jump and kill like a true ninja. Players will continue the saga of Rikimaru and Ayame, elite ninjas who must use their lethal skills to keep the peace in feudal Japan. Playing as both stealthy Rikimaru and aggressive and acrobatic Ayame, players will fight their way through more than 10 missions and 50 side quests and experience the thrilling adventure of being the ultimate ninja.

Tenchu 4 will come to a North American and European audience where it will be well-received by both fans of the series as well as Wii owners who have been looking for an edgy and exciting game. And if it’s katanas, throwing stars, daggers and smoke bombs you’re looking for, then, yeah, it’s got all those too.

Tenchu 4 has not yet been rated by the ESRB.

Ubisoft announced that it will develop and publish a video game based on Cesar Millan’s unique rehabilitation method to eliminate problem behavior in dogs. Designed for the Nintendo DS™ system and PC, Cesar Millan’s Dog Whisperer™ is scheduled for release in fall 2008.

Video Game Based on ITV’s Show Features Virtual Celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay

London, UK – July 16, 2008 – Today Ubisoft announced that it will publish Hell’s Kitchen™: The Video Game, for Wii™, Nintendo DS™, PC and Mac®. Developed by Ludia, Hell’s Kitchen: The Video Game is based on the hit television programme featuring world-renowned chef Gordon Ramsay. The game will allow players to experience the show’s high-pressure kitchen and dining room challenges as a faithfully rendered 3D Gordon Ramsay watches their every move.

“I had a great time doing the voice for my own animation,” said Gordon Ramsay. “Being in a video game is a new experience for me and I’m very pleased with the results.”

After executing the three phases of an order – preparation, cooking and service –Gordon Ramsay will score each meal. As they progress through the game, players will be rewarded with access to recipes from Ramsay’s own repertoire.

“Hell’s Kitchen has everything a great video game needs: pressure, excitement and intense competition,” said Christian Salomon, vice president of worldwide licensing at Ubisoft. “We are very excited to be bringing the intensity of celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and the Hell’s Kitchen experience to the virtual world this autumn.”

Hell’s Kitchen: The Video Game will be released worldwide in September 2008.

Ubisoft announced the development of Shaun White Snowboarding, a title destined to break all former action sports video game notions and redefine the action sports genre. The game will appear on the Xbox 360®, the PLAYSTATION®3, PC, and the Wii™, and is scheduled for release in Holiday 2008.
