You’re better off getting this one with simultanious 2.4/5GHz wifi. It’s the current generation product for only $20 more.
And it’s direct from apple.

This one does have dual 2.4 and 5 Ghz Wifi. It’s the same as the current generation with half the storage. But the current gen also actually costs $299. So you’re actually saving $110 not $20. Great deal!

No, it will do either 2.4 or 5 Ghz, not both simultaneously. The current generation models do both.

well, while true that the current version starts at 299, that’s still for twice as much storage (as you said). but more importantly, this 500gb model *has* to be a refurb, and won’t come with more than a 90 day warranty as it’s coming from a reseller. i’d still buy this, but i’d get it directly from apple (who also has this one for 189)

MB276LL/A versus MB764LL/A
Just to clarify this debate:
The Airport Extreme unit listed here is the model MB276LL/A. This unit is the older version which supports both bands but NOT simultaneously.
There is a newer 500GB unit with the model MB764LL/A which does support simultaneous use of both bands.
Hope this clarification helps someone.
